We have several options to pay our carriers. Most checks are mailed within 21 days. If you’d like to receive your money sooner, we have a Next Day Quick Pay option (we charge a 5% or $25 fee, whichever is greater), or a 7 day mailed option for a 3% fee.

We have someone on-call 24/7 to assist our carriers and customers. In the event you need to get a hold of us after 5:00 MST, just call (866) 458-2600 and someone will be ready to help.

Each move can vary, but typically load-outs are available to be out for 5-7 days. Tow-aways are calculated based on 500 miles per-day from pick-up to delivery.

We require our carriers to have their authority for at least six (6) months.

Our staff personally reaches out to each carrier’s insurance company to obtain certificates and confirm that coverage is sufficient. This allows carriers to focus on picking up and delivering and lends trailer owners the peace of mind that their trailer is in good hands.

As a carrier, you just need adequate insurance to cover the value of the trailer in case of an accident. You typically need $1mm in auto liability, $100k in cargo, and a minimum of $40k in non-owned, trailer interchange, or Bailee’s coverage. If you’re getting set on a trailer that’s worth $60k, your non-owned, trailer interchange, or Bailee’s would need to be at least $60k.

Signing up with us is a piece of cake! As a carrier, you just need 6 months of authority and a good safety history. To get set on a trailer, you just need enough non-owned or trailer interchange insurance to cover the value of the trailer.

A load-out is a trailer that you can haul and add your own freight. These typically pay carriers less than tow-aways because you’re allowed to haul your own freight. Load-outs have a longer delivery window to allow you to deliver your freight and then drop the trailer off.

A tow-away is a trailer that needs to be delivered without any cargo. These typically pay carriers more and have a shorter delivery window.
